Michael S. Cook, MAI, SRA is the president of Michael S. Cook
& Associates, Inc., a provider of real estate analysis,
brokerage, and consulting services. Our firm was formed in
1987 with the original mission of providing quality real estate
appraisal services in the North Texas area for banks,
mortgage companies, and other lending institutions. Over the
years, we found our clientele became very diversified and
included attorneys, builders, developers, estate planners,
individuals, private investors, prospective home buyers, etc.
The diversity of our clientele led us to realize that our real
estate appraisal services were not satisfying all of our client’s
needs; therefore, we expanded the services that we offer our
clients to include the appraisal of real estate, appraisal review
services, property inspections, market studies, feasibility
analysis, tax assessment analysis, litigation support, and
expert witness testimony. We also plan to continue to add
those services necessary for ourselves and our clients to be
successful in the real estate industry.
